1.Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible, the cushion must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With tags, invoice, and accessories intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order cushions
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Cushions without original packaging

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Mention your Order ID and reason for return
  • Attach photos (in case of damaged or wrong product)
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), return shipping is free.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.
  • Pickup availability depends on your location.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for:

  • Damaged cushions
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product delivery
  • Replacement will be processed after product inspection and subject to stock availability.

6.Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval.
  • Refunds will be processed as follows:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
7. Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be provided through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI payment

Customers must share accurate payment details for processing.

8.Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your card provider (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank
