- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With tags, invoice, and accessories intact

- Customized or made-to-order cushions
- Products purchased during clearance or sale events
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling
- Cushions without original packaging
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Attach photos (in case of damaged or wrong product)
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), return shipping is free.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.
- Pickup availability depends on your location.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for:
- Damaged cushions
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivery
- Replacement will be processed after product inspection and subject to stock availability.
6.Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval.
- Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
7. Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be provided through:
- Bank transfer
- UPI payment
